    Tri-Luma cream is a prescription-strength, short-term treatment (up to 8 weeks) for moderate-to-severe facial melasma. It combines three active ingredients—fluocinolone acetonide 0.01% (steroid), hydroquinone 4% (bleaching agent), and tretinoin 0.05% (retinoid)—to reduce dark spots, inflammation, and increase skin cell turnover. Its not for long term use and requires sun avoidance.
